I became a marriage celebrant in 2014, when I realized Wayne, my husband as a marriage celebrant, had the best job in the world. Where else are you able to meet so many awesome people and experience the most wonderful day of their lives with them?

Being with them as they look into each other's eyes as they make their vows to each other. It still gives me goosebumps at every single wedding, and I love it.

Perhaps I will experience the love that you share for each other at your wedding in the coming year.

Apart from having an adorable husband I had two wonderful children who are all grown up. My favorite pet was an amazing macaque monkey named "Daniel Matthew Daggy Bummer" We called him DM for short. He had the cutest little mohawk and loved diving in the pool and swimming with the children. He was surprisingly good at riding a boogie board.

That was during a 5-year period when I lived on Java in Indonesia. A truly incredible experience. My favorite place there was visiting a safari park (almost weekly) where I loved to play with tiger cubs.

During that time, I did a lot of volunteer work with the elderly, young children, and orphans. Both my monkey and I dressed as clowns for one event and worked with a professional clown which was fascinating. Between us we kept all the children entertained.
